This excerpt is from the San Francisco Chronicle, May 25, 2017:

The proliferation of upscale apartments that will double the population of Dogpatch and Potrero Hill over the next two years will soon be joined by a different residential wave: student housing.

On Potrero Hill, the California College of the Arts has started construction on a housing complex at 75 Arkansas St., a 65,000-square-foot building that will house 228 students. The $32 million project, which broke ground Monday, is the first phase in CCA’s plan to create 750 new beds for students on or near its campus by 2025.
