CCA student exhibitions will get a lot more notice with the opening of new storefront space in the Potrero 1010 apartment project. The space is located on Hubbell Street -- just a block from CCA's San Francisco campus -- and will be used for student, alumni, and faculty exhibitions, events, screenings, meetings, and informal gatherings. The space will open this fall, date to be determined.

Developed by Equity Residential, Potrero 1010 is nearing completion and features 453 apartments along with space set aside for production, distribution, and repair use, which allows for artist and industrial uses.

There is also 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and one-acre Daggett Park. David Baker Architect is the architectural firm designing the project.
